tell me where you'll be because that's where i want to go.

tell me if you dream and tell me what you're dreaming of.

everything's a whisper when you send it on the breeze.
i've been waiting for you for what seems like centuries.
the crisp of morning autumn. the rising of the dawn.
the beauty of the earth seems like a folly when you're gone.

close my eyes.
i'll be alright.
i've set my sights on being culled for blind.
i told you i will be fighting blind so close your eyes.

listen for a whisper and i'm grasping at a shade.
slipping through my fingers though it shouldn't be this way.
seeing what i want and wanting what i see.
when it's put that way it's an ephemerality.
i'll never give you trouble. i'll never tell you lies.
i'll never give you poison when you're looking for advice.
why aren't you sitting pretty? why do you lie about?
if faults do lie within my eyes i'm ashamed to pull them out.
